Being a family owned business we bring in staff members that have beliefs and values that are cohesive with our business. We have excellent staff who all work hard to help our clients in any way that they can. Our staff represents Renew Counseling Services in a positive and productive way. We value all of our staff members and appreciate when they go above and beyond. When the Renew team works hard we are able to improve and be successful. Receptionist
We have a wonderful team of receptionists working here at Renew. These are the people who answer our phones and work with our clients to insure they set up appointments that work for them on a consistent basis. Any kind of changes with appointments can be done with any of our receptionists here at Renew. This team can also direct your phone call to the appropriate person when needed.
Clinical Assistant
This team member works primary with our prescribers and is a vital part of our medication management team. If you are in need of a prior authorization or have a medication question please do not hesitate to reach out to this specialist. We can communicate with your pharmacy to insure you get he best care possible. We can help!
Medical Records
Feel free to give us a call if you are in need of medical records. This department is organized and ready to send out what is needed in your situation. Please leave a detailed message if you are unable to reach our medical record specialist so we can help you in a timely fashion.
Intake Coordinator
If you are a new patient or interested in restarting services this is the staff member you need to get in touch with. We can match you with a provider and prescriber if need be, to best fit your needs. Please be sure you have your insurance information ready as well when speaking with our Intake Coordinator.
