We believe the client is ultimately in charge of his/her own recovery.
We guide our clients in developing his/her own treatment, recovery, life plan, and also help him/her to learn how to make the necessary changes that will enable him/her to develop a healthier lifestyle.

Masking Policy: To prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are requiring clients in our facilities to wear a face mask. Please wear a face covering at all times while you are in our facilities, unless otherwise instructed by your care team.
Renew Counseling Services Response to the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19)

Renew Counseling Services will remain open until further notice during this time. We do want to remind everyone that the well-being of our staff and clients is always our foremost concern. Psychotherapy is a very important service and we want to make sure that anyone who contacts us during this time is still able to receive the treatment that they need. Please do not hesitate to contact the clinic at this time. As a clinic we are looking to move to different types of services in order to reach our patients and we will keep everyone involved updated.

During this time of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are continuing to monitor the Centers for Disease Control and State of Wisconsin recommendations. We are doing our best to prevent the transmission between patients and employees here at the clinic. We continue to sanitize and deep clean all office space daily. We are practicing social distancing within the clinic and avoiding human contact. If you are ill and experiencing any symptoms such as runny nose, sore throat, cough, and fever, we kindly ask that you give us a call for more information about your appointment.

If you are experiencing any of the symptoms listed above we ask that you take action. The following are suggestions to help with prevention, precautions, and cleanliness:

Please report any fevers, sore throats, or dry coughs. If you are ill and not sure if it is the common cold, flu, etc., please make sure you inform us so we can reschedule your appointment. If you are experiencing difficultly breathing please seek medical attention right away.

Clients who are at considered "high risk, such as those who have traveled recently, please reschedule for at least 14 days later.

If you are over the age of 65 and are concerned for your well-being please give us a call so we can establish a plan of action for you during this time.

We also ask our clients and staff members to wash their hands before and after any contact here at Renew Counseling Services.

Please keep yourself and others informed with information you can count on such as the CDC website. We appreciate everyone cooperation and support during this time. We are here to help the community stay safe and healthy as well as provide treatment for those in need.
